If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for the product, including any shipping charges. Please note that we may request photos of the damaged item or a return of the product.
For all other returns, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in new condition for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Returns received after 30 days or not in new condition will not be eligible for a refun
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a credit card, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
