Our standard delivery time frame is between 3 to 7 days depending on the location of delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or shipping delays.
If you didn’t receive a tracking email, please check your junk mail first. If you received your tracking email but your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after 1-2 days it has been dispatched, feel free to email us at vulelai@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. Our standard shipping rate starts at $20, and delivery times are estimated to be between 2-8 working days. We currently only deliver within Australia. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
